Patients have granulomatous athritis, skin eruption, and uveitis occuring in the absence of lung or other visceral involvement. Sometimes they can present camptodactyly (flexion contractures of the elbows and of the third, fourth, and fifth proximal interphalangeal joints of the hands bilaterally).
